About Us
We started Asopalav Foods to address our own need for producing fresh wheat flour without any additional mixtures or ingredients—just whole wheat grains.
Before this, we had tried various packaged flours and local wheat grinders. However, both had their own drawbacks. Packaged flour was not as fresh as we desired since it was produced in another state, and transportation and storage in warehouses only worsened its quality. On the other hand, while local grinders/millers were a viable option, they would sometimes mix our good wheat grains with their own.
In 2021, we made the decision to establish a fully automated facility equipped with the latest technology to produce fresh wheat flour. One of our primary goals was to ensure that the flour is produced in the same city where it is consumed. This ensures its freshness and preserves its nutritional value.
Another important goal was to maintain a hygienic production environment for our wheat flour. We have achieved this by implementing a fully automated facility with minimal human intervention.
As of 2023, our production plant is now operational, and we are proud to introduce our brand, Asopalav Foods. Look for our fresh atta (wheat flour) in your local grocery store.
Starting in Ahmedabad, we plan to expand to other cities in Gujarat and throughout India, producing fresh atta in each city. Stay tuned for more updates.
